IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?
There is no minimum order size to place an order with Party Pro Rental Center,Inc. Wether, its just a small gathering to a large corporate event we will gladly take your reservation at any time during the year
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
The fastest way to place an order is to send and e-mail with the rental items desired. A sales executive will get back to you as soon as possible with an official estimate. If you accept an invoice with payment options will be sent to contact e-mail. We also, take in walk-in orders during our business hours. If you prefer to call us thats okay too we have an attentive salesforce to help you with your rental needs.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT POLICIES?
Party Pro Rental Center,Inc. requires a non-refundable 25% down on any reservation to officially hold any rental items for a specific date. Any credit card orders will be charged the week of delivery. Checks are accepted (10) business days before delivery date or will date.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION POLICIES?
All changes made to invoice (5)business days or more before delivery date can be amended with no additional costs. Down payment is not refundable. For any special events this cancellation policy does not apply.
Items can be added at any time before delivery date as long as they are in stock.
***this cancellation policy can be amended for any special rental items or events that need a large amount of rental equipment or specialized services. This is up to the discretion of the Party Pro Rental Center,Inc. staff.
WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?
At Party Pro Rental Center,Inc. we take reservations all year long. It is always better to reserve with time and be set for your special occasion. Also, we understand that life happens and if the rental items are in stock we can take your order that same day. So call us now or click on our contact page for a quick estimate.
DO YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY NUMBER?
The (714) 540-1785 is always answered or if busy all staff are with another client. You are encouraged to leave a voicemail so that the next sales executive can return your call as soon as possible.
DO YOU DO SET UP AND BREAKDOWN OF RENTAL ITEMS DURING DELIVERY OR PICK UP?
All rental items other wise specified are not set- up or broken- down by Party Pro staff. If you need the service please ask one of our associates to add it on the estimate or invoice. All tents are set up and broken down by Party Pro staff.

We have many options for delivery & pick up; these are the most common, basic delivery & pick up, on-time delivery with a different pick up time, & same day delivery and pick up.
Basic Delivery Fee: Can be free if it meets a minimum rental amount and delivery range is within range. Other wise, basic delivery & pick up service is calculated on the amount of rentals and distance from Party Pro's nearest distribution warehouse.
Basic Delivery Service: All rental items are dropped off up to 50' of delivery truck. Party Pro staff will not go through steps, any second story or higher, or any unsafe area during this service. Some rental items have wheels and Party Pro staff will roll them until it is safely possible to go within the 50' of the delivery truck.
On-time delivery w/different pick up date: Having a surprise party or just need the delivery items at a certain time but are not in a hurry for a pick up time or date this service is for you. Ask a sales associate now for an estimate.
Same day delivery & pick up service: This service is perfect when you are doing the event at a venue or need the space back right away.
