If creating your own rental order:
- All create your own orders must have a minimum of $75 of rental items; otherise, order will be cancelled with a 3% processing fee.
- Cancel an order: If order is canceled 7 days or more before event there will be a 25% restocking fee. If you cancel the week of the event there will be a 50% restocking fee. "If you are asking why?" Its because, Party Pro Rental Center, Inc. guarantees the equipment for you and a space on the delivery route. When you cancel it disrupts the entire proccess and labor has already been used in planning your event.
