Each package includes:

✔️ Cross-back chairs (your choice of with cushion or without cushion)
Available for 8 to 96 guests in increments of 8.

📍 Serving homes across Orange County, including Placentia, Anaheim, Fullerton, Yorba Linda, Brea, and nearby cities.
 
Delivery Schedule
• Tuesday–Friday events: Delivery is the day before the event
• Saturday–Monday events: Delivery is on Thursday or Friday before the event
Pick-Up Schedule
• Orders delivered on Thursday/Friday will be picked up on Monday or Tuesday
• Otherwise, pick-up is the day after your event
Delivery & Pick-Up Terms
• All items must be broken down and ready for pick-up (unless set-up/breakdown was included)
• Delivery is up to 30 feet from the curb, with clear, flat access only (no steps or obstacles)
• Drivers may use discretion for safety
• During rain, all rentals must be kept in a dry area
• Standard delivery/pick-up window: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
 
Important Notice for Online Orders
All online orders are for residential homes only. We do not deliver to businesses, apartments, condominiums, or parks.
Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 10 days or more before delivery will incur a 50% restocking fee.
• Cancellations made within 9 days of delivery are non-refundable, including the delivery fee.
Why? Because Party Pro Rental Center, Inc. reserves your equipment and delivery slot in advance. Planning, staffing, and logistics are already in motion by the time you book—canceling disrupts the entire process.
Party Pro Rental Center may cancel any order at any time for any reason.
