Tent Measurements
* when looking at area were tent will be place make sure there are no large trees or items that will not let tent fit.
* all tents need an additional 3' in all four directions in order to be safely staked down in grass or 55 gallon water barrels to be used to anchor down tent in cement/asphalt areas. Priced in tent prices.
*Party Pro Rental Center is  will not refund or credit tent orders if the customer measured the area or did not specify items that wont let the tent fit.
*Party Pro Rental Center is not responsible for any damages to sprinkler systems or any other damages when staking down tent.

Party Pro Rental Center, Inc has the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time.
Delivery Day:

If Event is Tuesday- Friday delivery is done the day before event.

If Event is Saturday,Sunday,Monday delivery is Thursday or Friday before the event.

Pick -up Day:

Monday or Tuesday is pick-up day for all orders that where delivered on Friday or Thursday; otherwise, pick-up is done the day after the event is over.

Basic delivery & pick up terms:

All equipment must be broken down and left in same condition as delivery. If, set up & break-down are included please disregard.

Driver will drop off equipment up to 30' from street curb as long as the path is unempeded by steps or any other place dollys or carts can get through safely. Driver can use his discretion.

During rainy days all rental equipment must be placed in a dry area.

All basic deliveries and pick-up times are on a 8:00a.m.-7:00p.m. time frame
Cancel an order: If order is canceled 10 days or more before delivery there will be a 50% restocking fee. If you cancel the 9 days before delivery there will be no refunds. This includes the delivery charge as well. "If you are asking why?" Its because, Party Pro Rental Center, Inc. guarantees the equipment for you and a space on the delivery route. When you cancel it disrupts the entire proccess and labor has already been used in planning your event.
